At Fox Valley Mudjacking, we take pride in providing dependable concrete leveling that lasts. That’s why we offer a 3-year workmanship warranty on all qualifying residential mudjacking projects. If your slab settles again due to the original lifting area within that timeframe, we’ll come back and fix it — no questions asked.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers any resettling or movement of the slab in the originally lifted area due to poor compaction, improper lifting, or substandard workmanship. If the same section begins to sink again under normal conditions, we will re-lift or re-level the slab at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered

While we stand behind our work, some issues are out of our control. The warranty does not cover:

New cracks or slab separation not related to the lift
Drainage issues not caused by our work
Root growth, major erosion, flooding, or shifting due to underground water
Heavy vehicle or equipment impact
Soil failure or structural foundation issues
Slabs not lifted during the original project
