Here’s exactly how we do it.
Step 1: Inspect and Evaluate the Problem
First, we come out and inspect the concrete slab that’s sinking, cracked, or uneven.
We check the surface, look underneath for voids, and figure out the best way to lift and stabilize it.

Step 2: Drill Small Access Holes
Next, we drill small holes (about the size of a quarter) into the concrete slab.
These holes let us pump the material under the slab without causing extra damage.
Our team is careful to place holes in a way that keeps everything looking clean when the job is done.
Step 3: Pump the Lifting Slurry Under the Slab
Now the real work begins.
We pump a special cement-based slurry under the slab.
This void filling material fills empty spaces and raises the concrete back to its original level position.
Unlike polyjacking (which uses foam), our natural material offers better concrete stabilization for many surfaces — especially heavy slabs like garage floors, sidewalks, steps, and porches.

Step 4: Monitor, Adjust, and Perfect the Lift
We carefully monitor the lift during pumping.
We add more material as needed until your sidewalk, driveway, patio, or pool deck is fully level and stable.
Our experienced team knows exactly how much pressure and material to use to fix the problem without over-lifting or cracking.
Step 5: Patch and Clean the Surface
Once the slab is level and secure, we patch the small drill holes with a matching concrete mix.
After a little curing time, the patches blend in with the rest of your surface.
